Salary range: $143,500 - $150,000 CAD

What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous agentic systems using LLMs for reasoning, tool orchestration, and complex workflows.
• Build scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for real-time AI inference and conversation state management.
• Architect AI infrastructure for scale, handling inference demands and production reliability.
• Develop and maintain RAG pipelines with embeddings, vector search, and retrieval strategies.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, DevOps, and QA to deliver AI features and lead technical direction.
• Evaluate AI frameworks and providers, establish standards for reliability, safety, and observability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 6+ years software engineering experience; 2+ years with production agentic systems
• Experience with AWS (Lambda, Bedrock, OpenSearch)
• Strong system design, API design, distributed systems, async programming, and database skills.
• LLM integration, RAG, agent architecture, and foundational ML knowledge.
• Proven track record shipping reliable production systems with observability.

• Experience with model fine-tuning and evaluation.
