What you will do

• Lead and prepare lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus estimates for proposals, project controls, and change orders.
• Manage E&I estimates for industries including Advanced Generation, Battery Storage, and Utility Solar.
• Perform analytical reviews of estimates and maintain the internal Estimating database.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement process efficiencies.
• Coordinate the training and mentorship of early career professionals.
• Travel to active project sites to perform audits and quality checks.

Requirements

• 8 to 20 years of relevant experience, including professional estimating experience.
• Proven industrial project field and/or project management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience with estimating software such as SAGE Timberline or InEight.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple professionals and projects.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screens.
