What you will do

• Lead lifecycle strategy across email and SMS programs for ecommerce and DTC clients.
• Build and optimize flows including welcome, post-purchase, winback, replenishment, VIP, and subscription journeys.
• Develop segmentation, personalization, and testing strategies to improve retention and revenue.
• Analyze lifecycle performance and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Oversee campaign and flow QA, optimization, and execution within Klaviyo.
• Partner with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of lifecycle, email, or SMS marketing experience in ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments.
• Deep hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Strong understanding of retention KPIs including LTV, repeat purchase rate, AOV, and churn.
• Experience building and optimizing full lifecycle programs.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Attentive, Postscript, or other SMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Recharge, GA4, or HubSpot.
• Experience with subscription, loyalty, or referral programs.
• Strong copy or creative instincts.
