Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 a year

What you will do

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns for hirify.global titles, creators, and partner series launches.
• Collaborate with high-profile brands such as Disney and Dark Horse to develop co-marketing strategies and approvals.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution from strategy and planning to rollout and post-campaign analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Content, Social, PR, Creative, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen the relationship with the comic creator community and shift brand perception.
• Build and maintain scalable campaign processes and documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of multidisciplinary experience in entertainment marketing.
• Experience working with creative teams and agencies to develop assets, especially video content.
• Proven ability to present to high-value external partners and experience in brand partnerships.
• Strong project and budget management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop comprehensive marketing plans.
• Familiarity with hirify.global and its IP is strongly preferred.
