What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Optimize sales processes, methodologies, and workflows for efficiency.
- Forecast performance, analyze trends, and build strategic sales plans.
- Manage sales pipeline to ensure qualified opportunities and high conversion rates.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage sales budget, provide reporting to leadership, and build stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- 5+ years of proven sales experience; mandatory background in payments.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
