What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize sales processes, methodologies, and workflows for efficiency.
  • Forecast performance, analyze trends, and build strategic sales plans.
  • Manage sales pipeline to ensure qualified opportunities and high conversion rates.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage sales budget, provide reporting to leadership, and build stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

  • Advanced English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience; mandatory background in payments.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
