What you will do

  • Build the territory by identifying high-potential districts and defining the go-to-market strategy across California.
  • Open doors with districts through strategic outreach, networking, and conferences.
  • Lead consultative conversations with district leaders about their math challenges.
  • Collaborate with Math Success, Strategy, and Marketing to deliver compelling demos, pilots, and proposals.
  • Refine the go-to-market motion by identifying patterns and improving messaging.
  • Represent hirify.global locally at conferences, events, and district meetings.

Requirements

  • Location: Based in Los Angeles and willing to travel ~50%.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building or owning something meaningful.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as investment banking, consulting, private equity, engineering, operations, tech, or early-stage startups.
  • Founder mentality with the ability to improve systems and processes.
  • Operator mindset combining strategy with execution.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle or delivering results in a high-performance environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience launching or scaling something from 0→1.
  • Ability to take ownership beyond the job description.
  • Curiosity about education, learning science, and systemic change.
  • Ability to thrive in high-impact, high-responsibility environments.
