What you will do

• Lead the AMER advocacy team to support customer engagement via sales partnerships, content creation, and community initiatives.
• Develop scalable internal and external enablement content focused on practitioner workflows and hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate advocate insights from customer engagements into the product roadmap.
• Build and maintain relationships with the user community and implement processes to track community engagement.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between marketing, sales, and product leadership to move early-stage ideas to impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading design, marketing, or customer-facing teams.
• Ability to act as a player-coach, combining strategic leadership with hands-on individual contribution.
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and set direction in 0→1 initiatives.
• Strong understanding and perspective on PDE and design-adjacent workflows and tools.
• Must be based in the San Francisco hub.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
