Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid: 3 days in office per week)

Salary: $227,000 – $252,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Develop keynote and mainstage narratives for CXO-facing field moments and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with production, design, GTM, and product marketing teams to create strong top-line messaging.
• Build scalable narrative systems including talk tracks, modular storylines, and field-ready enablement assets.
• Ensure enterprise moments have clear audience hierarchies, proof points, and post-event amplification.
• Translate complex technical initiatives into clear, credible stories for senior enterprise audiences.
• Collaborate with presentation design and production to ensure narrative integrity during execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in keynote content development, mainstage narratives, or strategic enterprise messaging.
• Strong track record of translating ambiguous business priorities into clear, audience-specific stories.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with production, design, sales, and senior leadership.
• Excellent writing, editing, and structuring skills tailored for senior audiences.
• Experience converting top-line narrative work into reusable assets, talk tracks, and enablement materials.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.
