What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to current and prospective enterprise customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Recommend and implement hirify.global Platform solutions to help organizations reach their business objectives.
  • Drive business growth within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Leverage Customer 360 solutions to empower clients to connect with customers across all touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred).
  • Proven expertise in consultative selling, solution selling, and prospecting.
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence within a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be based in one of the specified US cities: New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, or San Francisco.
