hirify.global is building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment.

What you will do

  • Lead market and customer research to inform pricing and packaging decisions, including segmentation and willingness to pay.
  • Design and evolve pricing models across committed, PAYG, and hybrid structures aligned to value drivers like compute and tokens.
  • Develop scalable packaging constructs, including commit tiers, prepaid credits, and bundled offerings.
  • Partner with Business Strategy to translate pricing frameworks into actionable guidance for Sales.
  • Own the implementation of pricing across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems, ensuring accurate contract configuration.
  • Build reporting and insights on consumption trends, pricing realization, and effective rates.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years of experience in pricing, monetization, GTM strategy, or product strategy.
  • Proven background in usage-based or consumption pricing models (cloud, AI, or developer platforms).
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for extracting and analyzing data across multiple sources.
  • Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear strategic decisions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
