• Field inbound chats and identify opportunities to enhance customers' online presence.
• Educate customers on the importance of website strategy and marketing to drive business growth.
• Provide consultations on new products and services tailored to specific customer needs.
• Resolve technical issues within the scope of support and direct customers to appropriate paid solutions.
• Meet productivity and daily sales targets while maintaining high integrity.
• Manage high-volume chat interactions using strong interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales experience with a drive to exceed objectives.
• Proven experience working specifically in a chat-based environment (Chat LOB required).
• Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong passion for supporting the success of small and medium-sized businesses.
