Salary: $143,000 - $188,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day IT operations for the Hopewell U.S. manufacturing and Clinical R&D Center.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, endpoints, network, voice/video, and wireless systems.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security for GxP-impacting systems.
• Partner with Quality, Validation, and Business Process Owners to maintain a compliant GxP environment.
• Perform security audits, system backups, and recovery of server and network infrastructure.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with external Shared Services Center teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive IT experience in systems engineering, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and providing technical direction in complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience supporting GxP-regulated environments in pharmaceutical or biotech organizations.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site 3 days/week in Hopewell, NJ.

Nice to have

• Experience managing validated IT change management processes.
• Exposure to regulated laboratory or manufacturing software systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise SDLC and change governance in GxP and non-GxP systems.
