What you will do

  • Lead and coach a team of Customer Contract Representatives, setting performance goals and service-level standards.
  • Own end-to-end billing readiness for Year 2 and 3 renewals to protect recurring revenue and improve accuracy.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, contract discrepancies, and cross-functional blockers.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times and manual effort, defining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure high data accuracy across Salesforce contracts and billing opportunities, providing operational reporting.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of experience in Order Management, Contract Operations, Billing Operations, or Sales Operations.
  • 2–3 years of people management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce; ERP experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Location: Manila, Philippines

Nice to have

  • SaaS or subscription-based business experience.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms.
  • Process improvement or operational excellence background.
  • Experience operating in a global or regional shared services environment.
