What you will do

• Resolve complex operational, technical, and accounting issues for over 460 financial institutions.
• Coordinate problem resolution between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Implement automation solutions to streamline labor-intensive processes and improve workflow performance.
• Provide primary ATM technical support, monitor daily fraud alerts, and coordinate vendor dispatch.
• Conduct training for financial institutions on vendor applications and TransFund solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and manage escalated customer calls to ensure high service levels.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Banking/Accounting or 3-5 years of experience in an EFT processing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of ATM, debit, and credit card network processing and bank operations.
• Strong analytical skills for financial report research and data analysis.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving ability to address complex client challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for relationship management.
• Location: Must be based in Tulsa, OK, US
