hirify.global is a global financial services firm with a Third Party Risk Management function supporting firmwide risk management and operational resilience.

What you will do

• Lead and execute a portfolio of third-party operational resilience tests for critical vendor relationships.
• Assess business continuity, disaster recovery, and recovery capabilities supporting critical services.
• Coordinate testing activities with vendor relationship owners and senior stakeholders across hirify.global divisions.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inquiries, and remediation of identified deficiencies.
• Contribute to strategic projects that optimize and deliver the firmwide Third Party Operational Resilience Assurance program.
• Research, assimilate, document, and analyze information to produce informed risk insights.

Requirements

• Experience in risk management, third-party risk management, or global risk program design.
• Knowledge of operational resilience, preferably including business continuity or disaster recovery testing.
• Strong risk management and control mindset with the ability to support commercial outcomes.
• Understanding of foundational technology concepts such as data centers, networks, databases, software, hardware, and cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple interdependencies, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively with global colleagues.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Certification in business intelligence or automation tools such as Alteryx, Qlik, or Tableau.
• Risk management certification.
• Experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, quality assurance, control testing, internal audit, or risk management.
