Sr. Enterprise Risk Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end risk assessments and certifications supporting enterprise deals, go-to-market activities, due diligence requests, and RFP responses.
• Build and operate a scalable third-party risk management program, including vendor tiering, onboarding requirements, monitoring, and remediation coordination.
• Design and execute controls testing programs and maintain audit-quality evidence for policies, standards, controls, and risk guardrails.
• Operate the risk issue management lifecycle, including issue inventory, severity classification, ownership, escalation, remediation prioritization, and exception tracking.
• Report on open issues, remediation progress, exceptions, and systemic risk trends to leadership.
• Partner with sales, legal, product, engineering, procurement, compliance, auditors, regulators, and enterprise customers on risk and AI safety matters.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in risk operations, compliance, internal audit, information security, or a related discipline.
• Experience building and operating scalable programs in controls assurance, third-party risk management, issue management, or incident response.
• Hands-on experience delivering commercial risk assessments, certifications, or security questionnaires in an enterprise sales or go-to-market context.
• Working knowledge of technology risk operations, AI system risk evaluation, safety testing methodologies, and the operational lifecycle of AI models.
• Experience in regulated environments and direct interaction with auditors, regulators, or enterprise customers.
• Proficiency with risk management tools and GRC platforms, including evidence management, controls testing, and incident tracking workflows.
