Regulatory Compliance Associate (Banking)

Company

Provides tax, assurance, consulting, and regulatory compliance services to financial services and other clients through offices across the United States.

What you will do

• Support regulatory compliance audits and process reviews for banking and financial institution clients.
• Evaluate adherence to federal and state consumer compliance regulations, including TILA, ECOA, HMDA, and TISA.
• Assess Fair Lending programs through comparative file analysis, redlining, peer analysis, and matched-pair testing.
• Document audit findings and prepare accurate, timely reports for audit leadership and clients.
• Collaborate with audit teams to assess risk areas and evaluate policy and procedure alignment.
• Research evolving regulations and contribute to compliance risk assessments.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in regulatory compliance within a bank or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of core consumer compliance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with audit or compliance software.
• Ability to work in Nashville, Tennessee, United States.

Nice to have

• CRCM certification or a similar regulatory compliance certification.
