VP, Enterprise Risk & Compliance

Location: Livingston, NJ; New York, NY; Sunnyvale, CA; or Bellevue, WA

Base salary: $350,000–$375,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and lead the Enterprise Risk team, including hiring, developing, and managing risk professionals.
• Own the global ERM and compliance function and serve as the primary risk contact for the Board and Audit Committee.
• Build and operationalize the Enterprise Risk Assessment process, centralized risk register, risk appetite framework, and Key Risk Indicator framework.
• Design and facilitate governance programs including the executive Risk Council and Risk Champion network.
• Coordinate risk assurance activities across Security, Legal, Finance, IT, and Operations while establishing a three-lines-of-defense model.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of compliance obligations, certifications, regulatory commitments, and audit findings.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise risk management or a closely related function.
• Previous VP-level or equivalent enterprise risk leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience building ERM programs from inception.
• Experience in high-growth technology or cloud infrastructure companies is strongly preferred.
• Strong executive presence and experience presenting to boards, audit committees, and C-suite leadership.
• Access to export-controlled information requires U.S. person status or eligibility for access without, or with a reasonable likelihood of obtaining, the required export authorization.
