What you will do

• Resolve escalated issues requiring backend and system changes across identity, SaaS, and endpoint platforms.
• Administer core systems including Okta, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Perform system configurations and access management to maintain system integrity and security.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement fixes to prevent recurrence.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes through system provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Partner with IT Systems Operations Engineers on incident follow-ups and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience administering identity systems (Okta, AD) and SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, M365).
• Experience with endpoint management tools such as Jamf, Intune, or Airwatch.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across user, system, and platform-related issues.
• Ability to work from the NY Office and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Experience working with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira.
