IT Support Associate (Wellness)

TL;DR

IT Support Associate (System Engineering): Providing technical support and hardware/software management for a hybrid workforce with an accent on Mac/PC environment and employee onboarding. Focus on troubleshooting connectivity, managing Google Workspace, and maintaining office AV/network systems.

Location: Hybrid; Must be located within commutable distance of the NYC (Flatiron) office (expected in-office 2-4 days as needed)

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Respond to employee tech support requests across AV, computer software, mobile devices, and network connectivity.
• Manage the onboarding process by setting up computers, accounts, and system access for new hires.
• Control access to cloud-based solutions and procure new systems to improve employee efficiency.
• Provide oversight and maintenance for tools, licensing, and security principles.
• Manage office network, AV systems, and the procurement and reuse of hardware equipment.
• Manage IT needs and cybersecurity risks for a hybrid workforce across the U.S.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience working in a mixed Mac & PC environment.
• Experience managing iOS and Android devices.
• Proficiency in managing Google Workspace in a business capacity.
• Experience with remote employee logistics and support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for cross-departmental interaction.
• Experience using Jira for task management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kandji.
• Familiarity with the security and deployment of SASE tools.
