Salary: $148,700 - $201,200 annually

What you will do
- Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from defining the mission and vision to driving engineering delivery.
- Apply deep technical judgment to evaluate system architectures, dependencies, scaling factors, and boundary conditions.
- Negotiate priorities and make critical trade-offs between scope, cost, time, and long-term architectural health.
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to synchronize technical and business needs.
- Contribute directly to key success metrics for high-value external customers and associated opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be located in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
