Salary: $148,700 - $201,200 annually

What you will do

• Own complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, from defining the mission and vision to driving engineering delivery.
• Apply deep technical judgment to evaluate system architectures, dependencies, scaling factors, and boundary conditions.
• Negotiate priorities and make critical trade-offs between scope, cost, time, and long-term architectural health.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to synchronize technical and business needs.
• Contribute directly to key success metrics for high-value external customers and associated opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be located in or authorized to work in Seattle, WA, USA.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Experience defining KPIs and SLAs used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
