Reliability Design Associate (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Perform reliability analyses on complex satellite systems.
• Collaborate with the reliability design team to analyze flight hardware.
• Support DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) efforts.
• Write code to evaluate performance and automate the testing of satellite hardware.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, or an equivalent technical degree.
• Strong interest in designing and working with electronics systems.
• Passion for hands-on hardware development in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to personally design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required to comply with export regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with agentic AI systems.
• Experience with SPICE-based simulators (LTSpice, PSPICE, ADS, etc.).
• Familiarity with standard EE lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies).
• Experience with Python.
