What you will do

• Lead global AI sourcing function supporting large-scale AI Data Services programs across regions.
• Develop sourcing strategies with Program Directors, Sales, and regional leaders aligned to customer needs.
• Define approaches for projects and pre-sales, including partner profiles, feasibility, and costs.
• Execute targeted sourcing campaigns to engage freelance partners at scale.
• Assess community coverage, identify gaps in skills, languages, locations, and availability.
• Lead partner vetting, validation, and verification for quality and compliance.
• Provide market insights for RFPs, proposals, and pricing; translate commitments into plans.
• Build scalable processes, tools, and reporting; deliver executive updates on performance.
• Lead and develop a global team of sourcing professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years people leadership, including global/distributed teams
• 8+ years sourcing/recruitment/talent acquisition, ideally in AI/technology/freelance
• Proven high-volume, multi-market sourcing campaigns.
• Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, workforce planning, market intelligence.
• Strong sourcing metrics, analytics, capacity planning, operational processes.
• Stakeholder influence in matrixed organizations; excellent communication.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Fluency in English required
