Location: Hybrid (Deerfield, Illinois). Flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage partnerships with major retail accounts to achieve annual top-line sales plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Develop account strategies and shared plans in collaboration with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to effectively showcase products and increase visibility.
  • Lead eCommerce efforts including retail media, content management, and online marketplace coordination.
  • Analyze SKU-level performance, category trends, and competitor activity to support business decisions.
  • Build trust-based relationships with account stakeholders and serve as a link between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
  • Experience working with retailers or e-tailers, preferably Walmart.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for sales data analysis and presentations.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%, including overnight travel.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the Deerfield, Illinois campus (Hybrid).

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
  • Experience supporting co-op retail channels and field sales organizations.
