What you will do

• Perform independent inspections of avionics (wire harnesses, PCBA) and mechanical structures (machined, composite, and additive parts).
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and apply basic GD&T principles.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to accept or reject products.
• Initiate and document nonconformances (NCRs) and communicate results to production and quality teams.
• Support first article inspections and process feasibility studies.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality systems.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of aerospace or high-reliability inspection experience.
• Proficiency in print reading and basic GD&T.
• Familiarity with IPC workmanship standards and dimensional inspection methods.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete E-Verify verification.
