Quality Technician (Additive Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Perform visual and mechanical inspections using tools like calipers, micrometers, and GOM scanners.
• Measure components and verify results against Engineering drawings using GD&T.
• Develop and implement inspection processes based on customer specifications.
• Create and run part measurement programs using PC DMIS and Calypso software.
• Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), including calibration records and KPI tracking.
• Identify non-conformances and assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a quality inspection role.
• Experience in an AS9100 or similar manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience writing programs and operating CMM.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings.
• U.S. Citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

• Experience with PC DMIS and Calypso software.
• Background in Additive Manufacturing.
• Machine operations experience.
• Knowledge of Keyence Machines and auditing.
