What you will do

• Manage small to medium-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Identify stakeholders, delegate tasks, and track project status.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure consistent progress.
• Maintain and file project documentation.
• Assist in the recruitment and selection of new team members.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in tracking and managing multiple projects.
• Commitment of at least 1 year to the organization.
• Minimum availability of 5-7 hours per week.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.
• Alignment with the mission of independent, agenda-free journalism.

Nice to have
