TL;DR

Account Executive (Healthtech/SaaS): Owning the full sales cycle to expand a Care Intelligence platform for home care agencies with an accent on discovery-first selling and high-velocity pipeline management. Focus on diagnosing agency needs, crafting tailored demos, and driving growth through a consistent sales process.

Location: Must be based in the USA. Hybrid for Austin-based employees, remote for candidates outside Austin, and shared workspace 2–3 days per week for NYC-based employees.

hirify.global provides a Care Intelligence platform that translates signals in seniors' homes into clinical and operational insights to reduce hospitalizations and extend time at home.

What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle sales process from discovery calls to signed agreements.
  • Conduct discovery-first selling by diagnosing prospect needs before offering solutions.
  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline using HubSpot to ensure predictable growth.
  • Deliver tailored product demos addressing specific agency hurdles like staffing and visibility.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Leadership to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain price confidence and lead with standard pricing models.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing role (B2B SaaS or healthtech preferred).
  • Proven ability to operate in high-velocity startup environments.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships remotely via Zoom.
  • Strong CRM discipline, specifically with HubSpot.
  • Coachability and a commitment to reviewing calls for improvement.
  • Based in the United States

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in Home Care or Healthtech industries.
