What you will do

• Resolve support tickets requiring financial input from analysis to documented answer.
• Review and validate financial data from various custodians to ensure platform consistency.
• Document findings and decisions to create a reusable knowledge base for internal teams.
• Collaborate with Tech and Support teams to clarify requirements and resolve dependencies.
• Own and improve key metrics related to ticket backlog reduction and response times.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and intermediate Spanish proficiency.
• Solid understanding of financial products and investment concepts.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data.
• Clear and structured written communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
