What you will do

• Lead and coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure financial data reliability.
• Manage revenue recognition and collaborate with the Legal team to review contract payment terms and billing conditions.
• Communicate with external tax and accounting advisors to resolve matters impacting cash flow and EBITDA.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal, statutory, and external audits.
• Execute payment runs and perform regular bank reconciliations within the ERP system.
• Supervise junior team members and drive improvements in financial processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred, SAP is a plus).
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in Valencia, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
