Location: Hybrid (São Paulo, Brazil). Must be based in São Paulo and open to visiting the office once a week

What you will do

• Create and implement scalable engagement and conversion methods for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMB).
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to maximize employee adoption of the platform.
• Establish scalable recovery actions and mitigation plans for clients not meeting engagement goals.
• Scale the 30-day results presentation process and act as PMO for SMB clients.
• Monitor KPIs and collaborate with onboarding and client success teams to optimize processes.

Requirements

• Based in São Paulo with ability to visit the office once a week.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, customer journey design, or CRM automation.
• Expertise in CRM automation and data-driven analysis is mandatory.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Notion, and Canva.
