What you will do

• Manage SAP LATAM teams to ensure total product compliance with regional legislation and regulations.
• Own the SAP LATAM product backlog, prioritizing epics, themes, and stories aligned with product strategy.
• Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of tax and regulatory updates.
• Act as a Product SME for SAP LATAM clients during sales cycles and the onboarding process.
• Produce high-quality end-user documentation explaining system functionality and business process impacts.
• Define and maintain the SAP LATAM product vision through roadmaps and sprint reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive SAP experience across modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, GTS, and HR/Payroll.
• Deep functional and regulatory expertise in the Brazilian market, specifically tax and statutory reporting.
• Proven ability to translate complex tax legislation into SAP system requirements and user stories.
• Experience managing SAP product portfolios in compliance-driven environments.
• Fluent English and Portuguese required; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be based in or able to work from the São Paulo office (Hybrid).
