Salary: $80,900 - $101,100

What you will do
- Draft moderate to complex non-routine contractual instruments and revise T&Cs in response to RFPs.
- Apply expert knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UCC, and international contract law to ensure full compliance.
- Coordinate and manage contract volume for major proposals, identifying and mitigating execution risks.
- Lead negotiation activities and serve as the primary closer for complex contractual agreements.
- Prepare detailed documentation for review by legal counsel and senior corporate leadership.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior contracts professionals to support skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's/JD with 3+ years of experience.
- Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DFARS.
- Proven experience in proactive contract management and high-level external negotiation.
- U.S. citizenship, Permanent Residency, or protected individual status.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CCCM, CFCM, or CPCM.
- Experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
- Familiarity with Oracle, SharePoint, and JIRA.
- Experience working with U.S. Government international customers.
