Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 + 10% bonus

What you will do

• Develop KPIs and interactive dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce to drive executive decision-making.
• Design and maintain reporting models to track monthly forecasts, win/loss ratios, and pipeline analytics.
• Manage the end-to-end monthly sales reporting process, extracting and validating data from SAP, Cognos, and Salesforce.
• Partner with Sales Management to establish and manage quotas for the Field Sales team.
• Perform root cause analysis on data inconsistencies and provide ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing managers to design spiff programs and support sales managers with margin analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support or finance.
• 3+ years of dedicated data analysis experience.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and VBA.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Cognos, Salesforce, and Power BI.
• Must be based in the United States.
