GTM Senior Analyst

TL;DR

GTM Senior Analyst (SaaS/Healthcare): Operational backbone for Revenue Operations handling deal desk, CPQ, Salesforce governance, commissions, and ad hoc reporting with an accent on quote accuracy, data quality, and process automation. Focus on triaging pricing escalations, generating analytics packs, and identifying automation opportunities to eliminate manual work.

Location: Hybrid position with expectation to report to Midtown Manhattan office 3 days/week (typically Tues/Wed/Thurs). US-based role.

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 base + up to $12k variable annually.

What you will do

• Own CPQ quote accuracy, deal desk support, and pricing escalation triage for standard deals.
• Manage Salesforce data governance, account ownership enforcement, and field-facing triage.
• Support SalesLoft and HubSpot operations, serve as liaison to BizOps for systems needs.
• Handle ad hoc reports, generate funnel analytics, own commission processing, and support onboarding.
• Catalogue requests for automation, partner on prioritization, and QA AI-generated outputs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics at a SaaS company.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience: data governance, reporting, workflows; CPQ strongly preferred.
• Experience with SalesLoft, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for reports, data cleaning, prototyping.
• Strong analytical skills and high judgment in ambiguous situations.
