What you will do
- Own the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to final closing for companies with 3,000+ employees.
- Educate prospects and deliver inspiring product demonstrations tailored to complex organizational needs.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments including HR, CFO, CEO, and legal departments.
- Apply the Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful and personalized customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product strategy, sales methods, and market expansion initiatives.
- Manage high-stakes negotiations and RFP processes to position as a strategic health partner.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience managing full-cycle sales processes.
- Full professional proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English skills.
- Proven ability to influence through negotiation, persuasion, and consensus-building.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux with availability to travel to Paris regularly.
- Strong organizational skills and a passion for solving complex prospect problems.
