What you will do

• Own the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to final closing.
• Engage with prospects in the retail sector, including food distribution and fashion brands.
• Conduct inspiring product demos and onboard key stakeholders.
• Apply the hirify.global Smart & Soft selling method to ensure a delightful prospect experience.
• Collaborate with the team to challenge and improve product strategies and sales methods.
• Manage relationships with companies ranging from 20 to 600 employees.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and advanced English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris.
