Paid Advertising Strategist

What you will do

• Own the execution, performance, and growth of paid social and paid media campaigns across multiple advertising platforms.
• Build and manage campaigns from start to finish, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, QA, and budget pacing.
• Lead performance optimizations, proactive strategy recommendations, and testing roadmaps across assigned channels.
• Prepare performance reports, weekly client recaps, insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate internal communication with account leadership and Specialists while managing client-facing strategy discussions.
• Use data and AI technologies to improve business processes and campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years in an agency setting.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels, such as Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or Snapchat.
• Experience with campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office Suite and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, communication, organization, and project management.
• Confidence in client-facing presentations, independent work, and adapting strategies to changing conditions.
