Senior Paid Advertising Strategist - Ecommerce (AI)

What you will do

• Lead paid advertising strategy and execution across complex, high-value ecommerce accounts.
• Plan campaigns, manage budget pacing, conduct QA, optimize performance, and prepare reporting.
• Develop proactive recommendations across paid channels and lead strategic client conversations.
• Analyze campaign data, attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, and measurement frameworks.
• Maintain testing roadmaps, manage experimentation cadence, and identify performance risks early.
• Mentor junior talent, support account-team decision-making, and integrate AI and Nova ecosystem tools into daily workflows.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid advertising channels, such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, or other paid networks.
• Experience with campaign development and optimization, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, campaign strategy, and ongoing optimization.
• Proficiency in Google or Microsoft Office suites and Google Analytics.
• Expert knowledge of funnel marketing, paid media measurement, and turning marketing data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, client presentation, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, MMTs, and LRAs.
• Experience coaching junior talent and participating in team ceremonies.
