What you will do

• Lead the development of industrial site and campus master plans, including expansion and infrastructure scalability.
• Manage site selection efforts, due diligence, and comparative analysis for manufacturing and infrastructure projects.
• Develop utility infrastructure strategies and engage directly with providers to define service requirements.
• Lead permitting roadmaps and coordinate with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to ensure project timelines.
• Serve as a trusted owner’s representative, providing objective guidance during early project planning and development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate civil and infrastructure considerations into decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of field experience.
• Must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 100% for extended field assignments.
• Proven experience in greenfield project planning and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of permitting, zoning, and land-use compatibility reviews.
• Ability to work in industrial plant and construction site environments, including physical requirements like walking up to one mile and wearing protective gear.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new project management software.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
