Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 USD annually

• Manage daily resource allocation for the CGI and retouching teams.
• Provide ongoing operational support to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks.
• Maintain a proactive and service-oriented approach to studio operations.
• Support the Global Resource Manager in streamlining production workflows.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco, CA.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in office).
• Proven experience in resource management within a fast-paced creative or production environment.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
