What you will do

• Translate logical designs into physical implementations, considering environmental constraints, performance requirements, and existing system integration.
• Act as primary influencer among team members, clients, and suppliers, guiding resource allocation and strategic decision-making to align with broader project and organizational goals.
• Advocate for best practices within software development and architectural design, upholding high standards in client interactions, and ensuring continuous alignment with all parties on design methodologies that meet common objectives and project goals.
• Navigate complex social and technical landscapes, making judicious decision that balance competing interests and priorities.
• Spearhead end-to-end system design process encompassing front-end and back-end technologies, infrastructure solutions, databases, and ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders on aligning on a common project and organization goals.

Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Requires five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered, or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation.
• Requires five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience utilizing Java, TypeScript, React Native, Apollo, NestJS, Flowable, Camunda, Stately, Pulsar, PostgreSQL, SQLite, MS SQL, Datadog, and AWS.
• Requires experience utilizing Agile, DevOps, TDD methodologies, OOP, REST, FP, SOLID, C4, CQRS, and Event Sourcing.
• Requires experience utilizing ESBs, MQs, Streaming, and API Gateways.
• Ability to go into corporate or client offices to work onsite, as necessary.
