What you will do
- Oversee daily physical office operations, including vendor management, reception, and supply procurement.
- Coordinate office logistics for employee onboarding and offboarding, including workstation setup and equipment coordination.
- Administer the Lever ATS by posting jobs, scheduling high-volume interviews, and managing candidate workflows.
- Manage office mail, shipments, and provide administrative support for internal meetings and events.
- Assist with compliance-related processes, including I-9 documentation and employee file management.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to implement process improvements for seasonal hiring efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR Administration, Recruiting Coordination, Office Management, or Facilities.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Must be based in San Francisco, CA for full-time on-site work.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
Nice to have
- Experience working with the Lever Applicant Tracking System.
- Experience supporting workplace or employee experience initiatives.
- Familiarity with onboarding logistics and new hire processes.
