What you will do
- Own relationships with strategic clients, overseeing onboarding, growth, and long-term success on the platform.
- Develop deep expertise in modern retail media, including sponsored ads, auction systems, and performance strategy.
- Translate client business goals into actionable and scalable platform strategies.
- Analyze campaign and marketplace data to identify risks and growth recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to drive customer outcomes.
- Lead strategic client conversations and performance reviews with confidence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or sales (exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients.
- Analytical mindset with comfort thinking through data and business trends.
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment.
- Must be located in or able to work from Barcelona, Spain.
