Location: Must be based in the United States

What you will do

  • Lead and scale a global Customer Success organization to drive renewal rates and reduce churn.
  • Define and operationalize a value realization framework tied to measurable customer business outcomes.
  • Accelerate account expansion through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Serve as the executive voice of the customer across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams.
  • Develop repeatable playbooks to drive impact across the entire customer journey from onboarding to value realization.
  • Participate in executive councils to guide product strategy and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in highly regulated environments including Life Sciences, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS business models.
  • Proven track record in managing influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building.
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with a focus on recurring revenue drivers.
  • Experience with MDM, Cloud, and Enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
