Salary: $130,000–$190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Prioritize CCaaS platform integrations (voice, chat, SMS) based on market traction and contractual obligations.
• Lead engineering teams to design and deliver scalable, efficient CCaaS integrations to ensure timely AI Agent launches.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between hirify.global's engineering and the customer's business and technical teams.
• Develop strategies using MCP and iPaaS for rapid integration with CRMs and vertical-specific systems of record.
• Define and scope the SDK strategy to support technical users consuming hirify.global's AI Agent.
• Partner with GTM and Forward Deployed teams to tailor integration approaches for priority industry verticals.

Requirements

• Technical background as a Software Engineer, Solutions Architect, or a degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
• Proven experience in product management, specifically leading technical SaaS products from conception through launch.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects coordinating multiple internal and external technical teams.
• Excellent technical communication skills for presentations and discussions with customer executives.
• High agency and ownership mindset, comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Latin America or the United States.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of integrating with CCaaS across various channels (voice, chat, SMS, email).
• Experience with iPaaS solutions (e.g., Zapier, Prismatic) that support MCP.
• Direct experience building and growing developer ecosystems, including APIs and sandboxes.
• Knowledge of Generative AI protocols (MCP, A2A) and AI Agent function tool construction.
• Hands-on experience managing or building SDKs.
