Salary: $165,700 - $223,800

What you will do

• Lead technical development for new product functionality, enhancements, and cybersecurity patching.
• Drive technical execution for multiple programs within budget and schedule while managing risks.
• Identify new opportunities and generate winning proposals in collaboration with program management and business development.
• Manage internal investments aligned with specific product line development.
• Collaborate across functional organizations within hirify.global U.S. to ensure successful fielding of solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have, or be able to obtain, a U.S. DoD SECRET security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science (Master's degree strongly preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
• Demonstrated leadership in program execution, customer relationship management, and technical leadership.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and RF concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Navy’s Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) process.
• Familiarity with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
• Experience leading radar systems development programs.
• Ability to conduct formal Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA).
• Experience working within a Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA).
