Salary: $85,000 - $150,207 per year

What you will do

• Maintain and evolve core operational tools for marketing planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform hands-on analysis using Excel models to interpret financial and resourcing data.
• Develop trackers and automation to support leadership in evaluating business scenarios.
• Synthesize analytical outputs into clear, decision-oriented summaries for executive review.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate leadership meetings and organizational forums.
• Provide in-office operational support to the Marketing and Media VP Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in analytical, operational, or planning roles.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT Level 1+ or equivalent) required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Bellevue, WA.
• Experience performing applied analysis for business decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience in both Japanese and US corporate environments.
• Advanced Excel techniques including complex formulas, VBA, or automation.
• Exposure to budgeting or planning cycles.
