What you will do

• Manage global payroll operations with a primary focus on the United States and North America.
• Lead and develop payroll operations to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
• Collaborate with Finance, People, and external providers to oversee end-to-end payroll processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with US federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as SOX requirements.
• Support employee benefits administration and labor cost management.
• Contribute to operational excellence and accurate financial reporting across the global organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll operations in the US and North America.
• Deep knowledge of US payroll regulations and tax compliance requirements.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll-related financial processes.
• Experience working with SOX controls, audits, and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
