Salary: $112,710 – $183,140

What you will do

• Own and maintain the team backlog, ensuring work items are structured, prioritized, and refined for implementation.
• Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning to facilitate realistic team commitments based on capacity.
• Act as the primary day-to-day interface for stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and inter-team dependencies.
• Accountable for Story acceptance, confirming work meets acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done.
• Coordinate priority conflicts and dependencies with peer teams to preserve delivery flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (electrical, software, computer) or equivalent experience.
• Must work onsite five days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proficiency in English (French is preferred).
• Knowledge of AI concepts, software development life cycle (SDLC), and software product testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware and software applications.

Nice to have

• Experience within mining operations or familiarity with the MineStar product suite.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize product backlogs through effective slicing and "definition of ready" standards.
• Experience managing work items within Azure DevOps.
